1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IdeyForm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
IdeyForm is an AI-powered form infrastructure platform that converts natural language prompts into structured form schemas. The Service includes form generation, hosting, deployment to third-party platforms, response collection, and analytics.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
- One person may not maintain more than one free account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Generate forms that collect sensitive data without proper consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models
- Share your API credentials with unauthorized parties
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the Service infrastructure
- Use the Service to send spam or phishing content
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your form prompts, schemas, and response data. IdeyForm retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and all underlying technology. Generated schemas are owned by you and may be used, modified, and distributed without restriction.
6. AI-Generated Content
Form schemas are generated by AI and should be reviewed before publishing. IdeyForm does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated schemas.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.
8. Payment & Billing
Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeyForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

Trust & Safety FAQ
How can I report a form that violates the terms?
Every IdeyForm features a "Report" link in the footer. Clicking this link allows you to flag the form for our moderation team. You can report forms for spam, phishing, harassment, or other violations.
What happens after I submit a report?
Our trust and safety team reviews every report. We use a combination of automated filters and manual review to evaluate forms against our Acceptable Use Policy. If a violation is confirmed, we may suspend the form or terminate the owner's account.
How do I know if a form is safe?
Always check the URL (it should be idey.click/f/...) and look for the IdeyForms branding in the footer. We never ask for passwords or credit card information through our core form service. If you're unsure, do not provide sensitive information.
Can form owners see my personal information?
By default, form submissions are anonymous unless the form owner has included fields asking for your name or email. However, if you are logged in, form owners may see your identity if they have enabled authenticated-only access for their forms.
