When you create an IdeyForm account, we collect your email address, name, and organization name. When you use our service, we collect form schemas you create, responses submitted to your forms, and usage data such as login times and feature usage.

Your data is stored in encrypted databases with organization-level isolation. We use industry-standard security practices including JWT authentication, HTTPS encryption, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. We never sell your data to third parties.

When you generate a form, your prompt is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. We do not use your prompts or form data to train AI models. OpenAI's data processing is governed by their own privacy policy and data processing agreement.

Responses submitted to your published forms are stored in your organization's data space. You are the data controller for any personal data collected through your forms. You are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to your form respondents.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Form schemas are immutable and retained indefinitely for version history. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting [email protected].

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in local storage) and theme preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
